HomeWell Care Services , a growing home health agency, is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our team in Venice, Florida . If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and care teams, we'd love to hear from you!
We need caregivers who are ready to bring their best to every shift-whether it's a few hours or a full day. Flexible Shifts:

• Day shifts
• Overnights
• Short shifts (2-3 hours)
• 12-hour shifts
• Weekends
• Live-in opportunities (coming soon-ask during your interview!)

2-hour shifts: $3-hour shifts: $4+ hour shifts: $16-$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience)

Weekly Pay: Every Friday, with Direct Deposit available
Daily Pay: Access your earnings the same day you work through Tapcheck
Paid Training: We provide orientation and training to set you up for success
Mileage Reimbursement: Get paid for driving between clients
Offered right in our office to help you grow your skills
Caregiver Rewards Program: Earn gift cards, gas cards, and more for picking up shifts and receiving client compliments
Your Role as a Caregiver
As part of our team, you'll provide essential care and companionship to our clients, including:
Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day
Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely
Providing medication reminders and personal care
1 Year of Experience in home care or a related field

• Valid Florida Driver's License, Car Insurance & Registration
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to complete one
• At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month
