Location: This role is fully on-site in Washington, DC, offering direct collaboration with attorneys, hands‑on litigation experience, and consistent in‑office mentorship.

Note: Must be licensed in DC and in Maryland and/or Virginia, with strong litigation, writing, and client‑facing skills. This role is best suited for an attorney who wants to actively litigate cases, work closely with clients, and grow long‑term with a serious plaintiff‑side practice.

Handle personal injury cases through litigation with increasing independence

Serve as second chair on partner‑led litigation and trial matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case‑related documents

Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through the litigation process

Work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative team environment

Help drive cases forward with strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail

3+ years of directly relevant litigation experience preferred

Plaintiff‑side personal injury experience strongly preferred

Strong legal writing and verbal communication skills

Real litigation and trial opportunity
