We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team.

As one of the first and last people our clients interact with, you will help create a compassionate, organized, and supportive experience during some of the most emotional moments of pet ownership. Answer high-volume phone calls while appropriately prioritizing urgent patient needs
Coordinate emergency walk-ins and scheduled appointments
Accurately register patients and maintain electronic medical records
Process invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support efficient hospital workflow through teamwork and collaboration
Minimum 2 years of Veterinary Client Service Representative preferred
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and veterinary software
