IT Resources is seeking an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our experienced staffing team. This full-time role is 100% remote within Florida, offering base salary plus uncapped commission and a performance-driven environment.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will source, screen, and present qualified IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions, while collaborating with account managers on client openings and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
