Compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Join Smile Dental’s Friendly Team in Pembroke Pines! Smile Dental is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to become a key member of our Pembroke Pines office. Greet and welcome patients warmly in both English and Spanish

Answer phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries

Maintain organized patient records and office files

Support daily front desk administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations

full-time $15 - $17 per hour

- Shift & Schedule

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Prior experience in dental or medical office reception preferred but not required

Familiarity with dental office management software

Experience handling insurance billing and verification
