Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric ICU (PICU) for a contract opportunity in Illinois.
Job Details
Pay: $60/hour
Schedule: 12-hour Days/Nights
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 10, 2026 - November 7, 2026
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: As needed by the unit
On-Call: None
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
Monitor patient conditions and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Float between PICU, PCICU, NICU, and General Pediatrics as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent PICU RN experience
Active Illinois RN License
Current BLS Certification
Current PALS Certification
NRP preferred
