Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lehigh University's Autism Services program sits at the intersection of rigorous research and real-world impact. If you're a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who finds meaning in shaping meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and in mentoring the clinicians who deliver that care, this role puts you at the center of that work.
This position is a Grade: 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $56,030-$68,190 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions, adjusting plans as clinical data indicates
Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning
Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external service providers to ensure cohesive, client-centered care
Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across all stakeholders involved in a client's program
Provide structured supervision and direct oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Deliver training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards and program requirements
Report on client progress and program outcomes to the LUAS Director and Clinical Director
Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement of Lehigh's university-based autism services program
What You Bring

Master's Degree in a related field
Three to five years of work related experience
One to three years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Three to five years experience working with children with autism
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing
Proven ability to supervise and train RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA practice
Strong communication skills for translating clinical guidance to families and interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with BACB professional standards
Flexibility; May include evening and weekend hours, depending on service schedule and client/family availability
