Videographer/Social Media

The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that showcases the company's conveyor systems, manufacturing capabilities, and corporate culture. This role collaborates closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to create engaging visual media for the website, social media, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Film and edit high-quality video content of industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and corporate events.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and creative video concepts.
3. Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio recording, camera operation, and post-production editing.
4. Create engaging promotional videos, customer testimonials, product demonstrations, and internal training materials.
5. Maintain, organize, and back up the company's digital video asset library.
6. Ensure all video and audio content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
7. Travel as required to customer locations, installations, and industry trade shows to capture on-site footage.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

3+ years of experience in videography, video production, and editing.

Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

Strong understanding of camera operation, professional lighting techniques, and audio recording.

Excellent creative, analytical, and visual storytelling skills.

Preferred

Experience filming manufacturing environments, industrial equipment, or B2B products.

Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and basic animation.

FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot license for capturing aerial facility and product footage.
