Join Amcor asa Press Operatorwhere you will lead all press line operations, including changeovers, start-up, running, and shut-down, while prioritizing safety and compliance with specifications.

Shift: 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7AM) on a 4-3 Rotation

Lead inall aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down.

Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety.

Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification, color folders and standard operating procedures.

production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets (all flags are recorded), S.Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time.

Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time.

Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives (Cross Training, moving to the work)

Previous manufacturing experience

Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and programs

Required to have visual acuity to perform visual inspection including the use of measurement devices and ability to identify and distinguish colors

Willing and able to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts

Frequent stepping up and down from platforms
