Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Technical Recruiterwith our client that is fully remote.
We're looking for a full-cycle Recruiter who can own the entire hiring process-from intake through signed offer-for a range of roles.
You'll act as a strategic sourcing and talent-advisory partner to hiring managers, building smart search strategies, running rigorous candidate assessments, and closing high-value candidates.
This is a role for someone who thinks in funnels, uses data to drive decisions, and knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open reqs-intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and close.
Use modern sourcing tools and tactics effectively (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Gem, referrals, talent pools) and know where to focus first for each search.
Balance speed, quality, and diversity throughout the pipeline.
Partner closely with hiring managers-running structured intakes, resetting expectations, and advising on tradeoffs using pipeline data.
Design and structure offers, navigate negotiations, counteroffers, comp constraints, and relocation, and consistently close high-value candidates.
Collaborate with sourcers, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators-dividing responsibilities clearly and keeping everyone aligned.
Use funnel data (pass-through rates, decline reasons) to recalibrate strategy and influence change.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience owning and prioritizing multiple reqs simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management-comfortable driving clarity with hiring managers, having hard conversations, and advising on tradeoffs.
Confident offer and closing skills, including high-stakes situations with multiple offers or comp/relocation complexity.
Data literacy: you use funnel metrics to diagnose problems and recalibrate.
A collaborative working style that elevates the broader recruiting team.

Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $60-$67/hr
Fully Remote.
