Job Responsibilities

Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their goals.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living experiences.
Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care.
Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress beyond the clinical setting.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track towards their goals.
Qualifications
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Encouraged ongoing education and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications.
Certifications
A current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
