We provide the training and tools you need to succeed, while giving you an uncapped earning opportunity based on your sales performance.Drive store and individual sales goals and performanceCoach, train, and motivate the sales teamChampion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design programRecognize top talentDeliver an exceptional, branded customer experienceSupport sales events, promotions, and store operationsAddress customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroomPartner with leadership to improve sales and operational resultsOperations:Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.Support planning and executing sales promotion and events.Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.What We're Looking For:1-3 years of sales or retail experienceStrong communication, leadership, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with strong business and financial understandingRetail sales management experience preferredAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsMust pass background and drug screeningWhat You Can Expect:Training Pay: $22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)Average Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirementsPost-Training Pay:Base Pay: $22,000 per yearCommission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 6% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 4% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales. Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, and skills.
