Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world.

We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, updated in real time, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations supporting disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical geopolitical intelligence.
We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.
Array Labs is looking for an Operations Manager to be the first dedicated Ops hire on a small, fast growing team. There's no playbook, so you'll have the chance to shape the function, building out processes as you go.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity without structure. Manage day-to-day operations for Array Labs
Drive foundational improvements that help scale our operation, including: designing and implementing lightweight internal processes and systems, standardizing core workflows to reduce friction as the team grows
Augment people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, policy documentation, and benefits coordination
Own vendor relationships and procurement, from sourcing and contract negotiation to ongoing supplier management
Manage event and travel logistics for customer office visits, candidate on-site interviews, conferences, demos, and company offsites
Contribute creative operational solutions to complex and ambiguous technical problems
5-10 years of operations experience, with meaningful time at an early-stage startup, where processes and structure were still being developed

• Broad operational experience spanning work with vendors, facilities, people ops, and cross-functional coordination
• Prior experience as an early or first operations hire

Exposure to government contracting businesses or environments

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.
