Pay Base pay range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

A Parts Counterperson is responsible for selling parts and accessories to all customers. This includes service technicians, internal customers (sales and finance), wholesale, and retail customers.
Job Responsibilities Assist the service department, retail customers, and answer phones.
Utilize the electronic parts catalog to locate the needed part or parts.
Locate parts utilizing various tools when parts are not in stock.
Invoice and pull parts orders for customers.
Collect payment for wholesale and retail transactions.
Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as an auto parts counterperson.
GM experience preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient with computers.
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly via phone, email, or face to face.
Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
