Recruiter-IN; *WEEKLY PAY*

Surge Staffing is hiring a Recruiter to join our team in Columbus! As a Recruiter, you'll own the full hiring cycle for our internal field staffing offices — from sourcing and screening to extending offers — helping great candidates find great jobs.

Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates

Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Stay current on hiring trends and market conditions

Pitch in on other projects as needed

Some experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or a people-focused role — recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable on the phone and with virtual meeting platforms

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Interest in learning employment law and compliance basics (we'll help you get there)
