Physician - Internal Medicine - Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

Job Details:

• EP call coverage only, no clinic time required
• Coverage based at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL
• 1-week per month coverage model preferred, running 6a-6a
• Patient volume varies based on hospital census and need for EP services

~ Coverage needed for the following dates:

• 9/28 - 10/5, 6a-6a
• 10/26 - 11/2, 6a-6a
• 11/16 - 11/23, 6a-6a
• 12/14 - 12/21, 6a-6a
• 1/25 - 2/1, 6a-6a
• 2/15 - 2/22, 6a-6a
• 3/29 - 4/5, 6a-6a
• 4/26 - 5/3, 6a-6a
• 5/10 - 5/17, 6a-6a

Active Illinois medical license required

ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required

Fellowship training required (Level 3)

Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days

Candidates must complete fillable risk questions and NPDB form upon bid submission

Availability for a phone interview with the physician leader is required

Compensation:
