Head of Project Management (Construction)

Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and owners

Maintain and manage project schedules and milestone tracking

Oversee contract administration, change orders, and payment applications

Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance standards are met

Utilize project management systems to track documentation, communication, and financial performance

Mentor and support junior project management staff

Experience managing multifamily construction projects

Comfort managing both ground-up and renovation projects

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and financial systems integrated with accounting platforms like Sage
