Dental Hygienist – Join Our People-First Dental Team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases.

Hours may vary, including working some evenings and weekends based on workload. Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with dental standards.

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.

Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planning, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.

Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Conduct thorough patient assessments and record medical histories.

Perform dental cleanings and provide preventive care education to patients.

Utilize dental software for patient management and documentation.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control protocols.

Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Salary Range full-time $70,400 - $88,000 per year

Salary: $70,400-$88,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus upon contract signing.

Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.

Diploma in Dental Hygiene

Registered Dental Hygiene active state license, including but not limited to, radiograph, CPR, and local anesthesia state required certifications.

Preferences Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.

Strong understanding of anatomy as it relates to oral health.

Proven experience as Dental Hygienist or similar role

In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment

CPR Certification (training can be provided upon hire)

Commitment to preventive dental care

Written and oral bilingual fluency in language spoken by our patient population (for example, English/Spanish or English/Polish) strongly preferred.
