We’re partnering with a growing consumer products company seeking a Buyer to join their Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, retail programs, and contract manufacturing while ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and strong supplier partnerships. Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, retail programs, and contract manufacturing
Maintain accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines within ERP systems and Google Sheets
Partner with Supply Planning and Production teams to manage inventory levels and purchase order revisions
Communicate directly with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues
Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and delivery metrics
Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Planning, Production, Quality, Operations, and Retail teams to support business needs
3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Buying, or Supply Chain
Experience working within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Google Sheets
Experience supporting raw materials, packaging, finished goods, or consumer product categories
Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, eCommerce, CPG, Beauty, Wellness, or related industries preferred
