Associate Attorney - Business Immigration (Austin, TX | Hybrid)
Ideal candidates will have one year of employment-based immigration attorney experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and writing skills, organization, and research skills with attention to detail. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work based in our Austin, TX office.
Work within a team of experienced attorneys in representation of clients.
Collaborate with and oversee legal staff in successful delivery of assigned matters.
Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration case law, regulations, and policy changes.
JD licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.1 year or more experience as immigration lawyer in business or family immigration.
Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
