Hours per Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch
ARDMS (OB/GYN) Required
Two (2) years of experience in ultrasound procedures.

• Current ARDMS certification in OB/GYN.
• In this position, the Sonographer performs ultrasound procedures to obtain desired imaging results according to physician specifications.

This includes transferring patients for examinations and assisting with the ultrasound examination process.
The Sonographer is responsible for the appropriate operation of all ultrasound imaging and related equipment.
This role includes educating, positioning, immobilizing, and performing ultrasound procedures.
The Sonographer coordinates ultrasound examinations to ensure timeliness, quality, and continuity of patient care.
Submitting required images and related clinical information to the Radiologist for interpretation is a key responsibility.
The Sonographer must appropriately evaluate image quality.
Open, accurate, and responsive communication with patients, coworkers, Radiologists, and leadership is necessary.
Practicing sterile technique and following infection prevention policies is crucial.
The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines is expected.
Safely performing ultrasound procedures, including patient transfer, is required.
Experience in anatomy scans and OB/GYN scans (pelvic and transvaginal) is preferred.
The Sonographer is expected to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
