• *Join Our Team as a Progressive Care Unit RN!**
• *As a Progressive Care Nurse, you'll provide exceptional care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a dynamic medical/surgical unit.

• Pediatrics
• Pre and post PCI care
• A broad spectrum of surgical services
• Deliver comprehensive care that focuses on physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support for patients.
• Operate advanced medical equipment and provide care for patients with:
• Short-term ventilation support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Engage effectively with patients and their families while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing.
• Function with minimal supervision to assess and implement established policies and procedures.
• Provide direct care for patients throughout their hospital journey from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.
• Offer guidance to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff as needed.

**Current State of Montana RN Licensure required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing role
• Strong knowledge of advanced nursing principles and procedures
• Experience with pediatric care and post-heart catheterization preferred
• Comfortable with basic office equipment and multiple IV pumps, as well as operating advanced medical equipment, cardiac telemetry, and EKG interpretation.
