We are seeking a passionate and experienced Consulting Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a specialization in Oncology and Chemotherapy. This role will primarily focus on providing expert advice, guidance, and direct care to patients battling cancer. With your extensive knowledge and experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective patient care plans, and contributing to the overall improvement of our healthcare services. Provide expert consultation to patients, their families, and the healthcare team on matters related to cancer care, oncology, and chemotherapy.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs and conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care.

Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor their progress, and adjust care plans as needed.

Participate in research activities related to oncology and chemotherapy, and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Oncology and Chemotherapy.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.

Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) is highly desirable.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care and privacy.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in oncology and chemotherapy.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
