Registered Nurse- RN

Pay Rate: $42.00-$46.00 per hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend required (full-time)

Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest.

Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN, in all cases involving nursing services.
Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe & competent care to the patient.
Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN's. Critical Nurse Staffing (CNS) employees work in the privacy of each patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. 2 years of in-home health care experience

• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
