Technical Recruitment Sourcer

Allen Control Systems (ACS) is acutting-edgedefense startup founded by two former Navy electrical engineers with a proventrack recordin robotics and software. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technical professionals across defense, aerospace, and government contracting programs. This role requires deep knowledge of recruiting, and familiarity with DoD environments.

Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.

Guide candidates through interview, offer, and onboarding processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Maintainaccurateand compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

WhatYou’llNeed: 3-8 years of experience in recruiting, with at least some focus on defense, aerospace,manufacturing,or government contracting.

Proven experience recruitingfor manufacturing, engineering, andbusiness operations.

Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,GreenHouse).
