Physical Therapist - Outpatient / Active Aging Focus
Fremont Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping adults stay strong, independent, active, and confident throughout the aging process.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating a diverse outpatient caseload but has a particular interest in balance, fall prevention, total joint rehabilitation, generalized weakness, mobility limitations, active aging, and women’s health through the post-menopausal years.
Older adults working to maintain independence
Post-operative rehabilitation
Post-menopausal women focused on maintaining strength, mobility, balance, bone health, joint health, and an active lifestyle
Patients transitioning back to exercise, community activities, and an active lifestyle
For the right therapist, there are opportunities to help develop and grow our active-aging, women’s wellness, strength, and balance programs, assist with staff education, mentor other team members, and advance into future clinical or leadership roles.
If you have ideas for programming, classes, community outreach, balance initiatives, post-menopausal strength and wellness programs, or ways to better serve the aging population, we want to give you the opportunity to build them.
Flexible Work Schedule This position is full-time can be structured between 32 and 40 hours per week, with multiple schedule options available.

Who We’re Looking For…We would love to meet a PT who: Enjoys working with aging adults
Has an interest in healthy aging, strength, women’s health, menopause,and long-term wellness
Has strong orthopedic and functional rehabilitation skills
Is comfortable progressing patients from rehabilitation into higher-level strengthening and wellness
Wants the flexibility to build a schedule that fits both their professional and personal goals
