We are currently seeking an Experienced Parts Counterperson to join our Nissan location in Madison, WI. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a supportive, collaborative team, we want to hear from you!

Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish.

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff.

Provide accurate updates on parts status to customers.

Read and interpret the parts catalog to identify the correct components.

Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and product information.

Review shop estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing.

Deliver high-level service to both internal and external customers.

Pull and fill orders from stock and maintain inventory accuracy through weekly bin checks.

Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention.

Source and order parts from external suppliers when needed.

Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders.

Receive payments or process credit authorizations for retail customers.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior automotive parts sales experience preferred.

Able to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and operating instructions.

40-hour Work Week No Sundays!
