RN/LPN Full-Time or Part-Time, 2nd or 3rd Shift

We offer Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), and Night (11p-7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.50 to $36.52 (plus shift differentials as applicable).

Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for Full‑Time and up to $3,750 for Part‑Time (limited time).

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being

Assist with resident comfort

provide wound care

Maintain confidentiality, follow all policies, procedures, and federal, state, local requirements

Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration)

Help coach staff as necessary

Current LPN license in Virginia
