Home Instead Beaumont is looking for a Client Care Advisor who can connect with seniors and families, understand their needs, and confidently guide them toward starting care.
Recommend services and care hours based on each family's situation
Confidently discuss pricing, services, and care options
Partner with the care team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service
Identify changing care needs and opportunities for additional hours or services
Confidence and desire to help people and win new business. --Experience in consultative sales, healthcare, home care, senior care, client services, or another relationship-based sales environment
Comfortable using technology and learning CRM and care-management systems
