• *Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to successful offer close, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and align on ideal talent profiles.
• Facilitate crucial hiring debriefs and drive informed decisions with interviewers and company leadership.
• Independently identify and implement process improvements to optimize candidate experience and pipeline efficiency.
• *6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in highly competitive industries.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience hiring for corporate, operations, or product functions.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other external tools.
• Strong background partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise leveraging Lever to track metrics, build pipelines, and drive strategies.
