• We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide great care for our people. This hands-on role will be the go-to person for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance across our Miami operations. As the HR Generalist, you will report directly to the CFO, who will provide direction and support while you own the day-to-day activities of Human Resources.

Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for our hourly and salaried teams - from posting the job to welcoming a new hire on day one.

Maintain our HR systems and records and partner with Finance on payroll accuracy.

Coordinate performance reviews and required training across the plant.

Help build a stronger, more connected culture across our English- and Spanish-speaking workforce.

A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on HR experience.

• 2-5 years of HR generalist experience; Fluency in both English and Spanish , spoken and written - this is required for the role.
• Comfort with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to be present on the plant floor, not just behind a desk.
