Location: Louisville, KY Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: M, Tu, Th, F: 7:45am–4:15pm; W: 7:45am–12:45pm

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric)
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and easing patient concerns
Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business needs
What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
