Head of Supply Chain and Procurement
IMC Trading
This role involves overseeing IT sourcing strategies for hardware, software, and services, collaborating with business stakeholders to align requirements and optimize procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in indirect sourcing, strong project management and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and process improvements.
Oversee IT sourcing strategy for hardware, software, and services and support other business categories like HR, consulting, and recruiting.
Track cost savings, conduct market analysis, optimize spend, and ensure alignment with budget processes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, including with legal, risk, finance, and global teams, to enhance sourcing and operational efficiency.
5+ years in a similar role with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Expertise in leading sourcing for hardware, software, and services, including RFPs, negotiations, and project management.
Previous experience sourcing AI/ML hardware and software is a plus.
