We have flexible day shifts available ranging from 4 to 12 hours in:

Assisting Hands of Wilmington provides non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals who need extra support to remain safely in their homes. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, personalized care that preserves independence, dignity, and quality of life.

We work closely with families to create customized care plans and thoughtfully match caregivers with clients to build meaningful, lasting relationships.

Flexible scheduling (4-12 hour shifts)

• Ongoing training and support
• Supportive and responsive office team
• Strong caregiver-client matching process
• We recognize that our caregivers are the heart of our agency. Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA in a home care agency or facility
Must speak English
