Quality InspectorWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Quality Inspector. This position involves assisting with the end-of-production quality assurance of finished coffee machines. Responsibilities include evaluating, testing, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of coffee machines before shipment.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive testing of coffee machines to ensure quality, performance, and consistency.Plug in machines to confirm operational functionality.Test pumps, water valves, buttons on the screen, and menu options.Maintain testing logs and generate detailed reports.Troubleshoot minor issues on machines.Identify defects visually, mechanically, and electrically, and document them for production to address.Essential SkillsExperience in quality inspection, particularly with visual, testing, and data recording.High attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and document findings.Basic troubleshooting skills to address minor mechanical and electrical issues.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in maintaining data entry and quality logs.Possession of steel-toed boots/shoes.Why Work Here?Enjoy a supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits once hired directly.
