Bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant (Miami/Orlando/Fort Lauderdale)
ADP is hiring a Bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant. The candidate must reside in the Miami, Orlando, or Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities

Design and execute benefit strategies and communications year‑round to an assigned client base.

Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings, spending accounts education, year‑end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and more.

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan.

Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills in benefits, attend training sessions, and become a benefit subject matter expert.

Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, partner connections, and other client‑specific activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for each client and their employees to drive year‑round benefit education.

Implement benefit strategies through virtual, onsite, or recorded benefit presentations to each client.

Travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

You have five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast‑paced service environment.

You have experience in benefits.

You excel at presentations - keeping large audiences engaged and attentive as you present.

You're a strategic thinker and have demonstrated the ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions to assist clients in meeting their business objectives.

You can travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: experience noted above or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments.

Experience with multiple larger complex clients or advisor relationships and dealing with a broad range of benefits or HR equivalent‑related areas at senior levels of organizations.
