Hours: Must start before 9:00 am PT and typically end at around 2:30 PM - 40 hour week full time
Translates engineering requirements into product definition data (e.g., detail, assembly and installation drawings, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) data, Bill of Material (BOM) etc.) to communicate requirements to downstream customers. Validates completed product definition data to Company and industry standards. Creates and maintains product definition data processes. Maintains product/part structure and configuration management of product components. Translates sketches, layouts and written specifications of engineering requirements into product definition data (e.g., detail, assembly and installation drawings, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) data, parts list or Bill of Material (BOM) etc.) Performs self-validation of product definition data to ensure the accuracy of completed work.
