Vehicle Refinishing SpecialistResponsibility for refinishing vehicles to meet pre-accident condition or industry standards of quality.Follow all safety measures for personal and environment safety.Wear all safety equipment for eyes (goggles), hands (gloves), face shields, lungs respiratory, and dust masks.Reports any hidden damage to supervisor immediately.Report any lost or broken parts to the supervisor.Maintain all body shop equipment in good safe working condition.Maintain spray booth and mixing equipment. Maintain a level of quality to industry standards.Clean paint areas and tools and equipment.Maintain proper stocking levels of paint and materials.Maintain a 25% gross profit margin or higher on paint and materials.Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.As a condition of continued employment, the employee is required to exhibit positive corporate citizenship, with demonstrated ability to positively interact with others, follow required Company policies and procedures which include but are not limited to policies regarding conduct, record keeping, and safety. Minimum of 2-3 Years related work experience in a similar position. May substitute the equivalent combination of education and trainingCertificates, Licenses and Registrations: Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. Other Skills and Abilities: Proficiency with related hardware/software systems as needed to fully execute the duties required.
