Job Details:
Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant- LNA
Location: Concord, NH 03301
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM or 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am
Duration: 14 weeks
Payrate: $20-$26/hr
Guarantee: 40
Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation of medical records and medication logs.
Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care needs, or behavioral health challenges.
Assist with catheter care, wound care, and aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
Support patients in rehabilitation or post-acute care settings by assisting with mobility exercises and physical therapy routines.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, Level I & II trauma centers, PICU, or surgical units to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a safe environment by recognizing potential safety hazards and following infection control protocols for infectious disease care and sterile procedures.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care plans as part of home & community or outpatient services.
Document patient interactions thoroughly in medical documentation systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks.
Requirements:
Active LNA/CNA License.
Active BLS

DL Copy
