Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Meridian, ID
Hours vary Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
~1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS (active Labcorp employees are not eligible)
