Employer Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Inc. is a private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania focused solely on Pediatric care and Adult Strabismus. The practice has been a stalwart part of the community since it opened its doors over 55 years ago.
With two offices and a busy clinical and surgical schedule, we are now looking for an Optometrist to help keep up with patient demand. Each of our offices is equipped with fully stocked lanes, and busy optical shops with an Optician and caring staff.
An ideal candidate is either Board-Certified in Pediatrics or Board-Eligible, however we may consider applicants without. The ideal candidate stays up to date on the latest advancements in optometry, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and works well within a team environment.
Work closely with the rest of the office team, as well as outside medical providers, to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited school
A valid state license to practice optometry
Familiarity with electric medical records systems
