Integrity Rehab Services is a therapist owned company providing rehab services in the Home Health setting throughout Orange County, LA county, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. A license in good standing to practice in the state of CA as a PT or PTA is necessary. Responsibilities for PTA: - Follow PT Plan of care and report to supervising PT - Perform appropriate therapeutic intervention to achieve the patient's maximum function and independence to relieve pain - Develop home exercises program - Maintain communication with the staff, PT, MD, agency in regards to the status of the patient including implementation of treatment plan, changes in status, and discharge from care
