About the Role As a Full Time Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in‑store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style and space. Build relationships, exceed sales goals, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do Engage customers, demonstrate sales techniques, and build brand loyalty.

Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing the sale.

Collaborate with team members to review open customer quotes and drive conversion.

Champion new company initiatives (products, promotions) to drive adoption and performance.

Consistently achieve personal sales goals and KPIs while inspiring others.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.

Proactively conduct customer outreach using company tools and communication methods.

Quickly identify and resolve customer issues for a positive shopping experience.

Maintain a visually appealing store following visual merchandising standards.

Support store operations, including opening & closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions.

Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.

Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and minimize risk.

Assist Store Management with additional responsibilities, including service or operation functions.

Qualifications 18 years of age or older.

High‑School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service.

Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support.

Support Lovesac's omni‑channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in‑person at your home store, local stores, and third‑party vendors.

Must be able to travel as required by the Company to local stores and third‑party vendors.

Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive data.

Must comply with all policies, procedures, and the Lovesac Employee Handbook.
