Located in New York City's Lower East Side, Nine Orchard is a luxury hotel housed in the historic Jarmulowsky Bank building. Blending timeless design with warm, intuitive hospitality, Nine Orchard offers an elevated guest experience through thoughtfully curated accommodations, exceptional dining, and personalized service. The In-Room Dining Server ensures that all room service orders are prepared accurately, delivered promptly, and presented with exceptional hospitality. Promptly take, confirm, and process guest in-room dining orders via phone or POS system.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of in-room dining area, including service pantries.

Assist with morning coffee service replenishment (if applicable).

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Minimum one (1) year of serving or hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.

Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, or a willingness to learn.

New York Food Handler's Certificate and Alcohol Training certification, or ability to obtain as required by law.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
