Family Care Family Medicine Physician

As a Family Medicine Physician at Catalyst Physician Group, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping our communities thrive by providing direct patient care and supporting clinical operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes via Value Based Care. Clinical Care

Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning for all ages.
Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, specialists, and support staff.
Document all patient encounters in the Athena electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Quality & Compliance

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and credentialing requirements.
Work collaboratively with medical assistants, nurses, advanced practice providers, specialists, and administrative teams.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Ability to navigate EMR and modern computer programs
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
