Seasonal 1st Shift Material Handler

Material HandlerLocation: 6211 Descanso Ave, Buena Park, California 90620Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)The Material Handler receives, stores and distributes raw materials and supplies to designated staging areas.Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.Operate forklift to unload inbound and outbound shipments.Visually inspect materials and report discrepancies in quality.Prepare materials for grinding process.Transport and store materials, finished products and supplies to appropriate staging area. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
