Full or Part Time Aesthetician needed

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is an efficient + effective focused facial bar that provides affordable, approachable and accessible skincare in a modern + inclusive environment.

The brand currently has 75+ locations open and is continuing to expand nationwide.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking individuals that are passionate about skincare, driven by innovation, and eager to be part of a company that is making a positive impact in the skincare industry. Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.

• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Cosmetology / Esthetics license/ Advanced Practice License

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Experience in Eyelash Extension application is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

New Esti- $16.90 per hour + 10% on Merchandise sales and $20 for every membership sold

New Esthetician After 3 Months of full time employment 3% on Services

1 Or more years experience $16.90 per Hour + 10% on merchandise sales and $20 for every membership sold.
