Job Full Description

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with everyday banking needs while delivering excellent service.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for reliable, personable candidates who are comfortable handling cash, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous cash-handling or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
Key Duties: Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
Handle cash and checks accurately and securely
Answer questions and provide information about bank products and services
Balance your drawer daily and follow proper procedures for discrepancies
Assist with account openings, card replacements, and payment processing
Promote financial products that match customers' needs
Maintain a neat and organized workstation
Follow all security and compliance procedures to protect customer information
