As a Direct Support Professional, you are a mentor, coach, and champion. Work intentionally with incredible individuals to guide them toward a life of maximum autonomy and personal fulfillment.

Flexible Educational/Work Background (Must meet one):
A Bachelor's degree (Any field) OR
A High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant life or work experience.

~ A valid Driver's License, reliable personal transportation with proper insurance, and the ability to successfully pass a standard background check.
