As a Home Health Nurse with SA Nurses, you’ll be the heart of our patient's journey! You'll provide a diverse range of services tailored to each unique care plan, ensuring that every visit is personalized and impactful. Your role will involve coordinating and directing home nursing care in accordance with physicians' orders while strictly adhering to our agency's policies and procedures.

Requirements for this SA Nurses - Full Time RN job

To thrive as a Home Health Nurse with SA Nurses, you'll need a dynamic skill set that showcases your nursing prowess and adaptability. A current RN license and at least one year of clinical experience in a home health setting are essential. Being able to assess patient status accurately is key, as you’ll be making important decisions that impact their care.

Familiarity with essential computer functions, including email and navigating passwords, will be important for effective communication and documentation. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly Wellsky Kinnser, will give you a leg up in streamlining patient care. Current RN License

One year of clinical experience as a RN in a home health setting

Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer
